The Department of Computer Science recently hosted "Aarambh – The Beginning" a vibrant freshers party dedicated to welcoming the incoming MCA students.

The celebration brought together the new cohort of MCA students, professors and staff to officially mark the start of the academic year with enthusiasm, networking and camaraderie.

Vice Chancellor Shree Utpal Joshi graced the event as the Chief Guest. In his keynote address, he officially welcomed the new students and laid out a comprehensive vision for their time at the university. He emphasized that their educational journey must extend beyond traditional coursework, guiding the batch to pursue rigorous academic learning while actively embracing technological innovation. He strongly encouraged them to channel their skills toward the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurship, challenging the freshers to graduate not just as job seekers but as creators and industry leaders.

Beyond the formal addresses, the celebration provided an excellent platform for the new batch to interact with faculty and peers in an informal setting. Through collaborative activities and shared celebrations, the freshers were able to break the ice and integrate into the department's community.
