"પ્રમાણપત્ર ચકાસણી માટે અગત્યની સૂચના"

Candidates shortlisted for respective posts are required to appear for document verification on 07-04-2026 as per schedule. 

જે તે જગ્યા માટે અગ્રતાક્રમે રહેલ ઉમેદવારોએ પ્રમાણપત્ર ચકાસણી માટે તારીખ ૦૭-૦૪-૨૦૨૬ના રોજ સમયપત્રક અનુસાર ઉપસ્થિત રહેવું પડશે.

If required, candidates in the waiting-list will be called for document verification on 09-04-2026.

જરૂર પડયે વેઇટિંગ-લિસ્ટ માંના ઉમેદવારોને તારીખ ૦૯-૦૪-૨૦૨૬ના રોજ પ્રમાણપત્ર ચકાસણી માટે બોલાવવામાં આવશે.

Candidates must remain present for “Documents Verification” to be eligible for Exam - B.

પરીક્ષા-B માં લાયક ઠરવા માટે પ્રમાણપત્ર ચકાસણી માટે ઉમેદવારે પોતે હાજર રહેવું ફરજીયાત છે.

The following Documents are to be produced in original at the time of Document Verification:

પ્રમાણપત્ર ચકાસણી સમયે નીચે દર્શાવેલ અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો રજુ કરવાના રહેશે:

1.    The printout of the “Final Submitted” Application from. “Final Submitted” અરજી પત્રક ની પ્રિન્ટ

2.    All the Documents uploaded along with Online Application form (including Educational Qualifications, Proof of Birthdate, Experience (If required for the post as per Advertisement), Caste Certificate (If applicable), Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (If applicable), EWS Certificate (If applicable), Disability Certificate (if applicable))

ઓનલાઈન અરજી સાથે અપલોડ કરેલ બધાજ પ્રમાણપત્રો (શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત, જન્મતારીખનો પુરાવો, અનુભવ (જાહેરાત મુજબ જો જરુરી હોય તો), જ્ઞાતિનું પ્રમાણ પત્ર (લાગુ પડતું હોય તો), નોન-ક્રિમી લેયર પ્રમાણપત્ર(લાગુ પડતું હોય તો), EWS પ્રમાણપત્ર(લાગુ પડતું હોય તો), વિકલાંગતા પ્રમાણપત્ર(લાગુ પડતું હોય તો))

3.    Documents issued after the last date of online application or not submitted in the online application will not be considered for verification.

ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરવાની છેલ્લી તારીખ પછી જારી થયેલ કે ઓનલાઈન અરજી સાથે બીડેલ ના હોય તેવા પ્રમાણપત્રોને ચકાસણી માટે ગ્રાહ્ય રાખવામાં આવશે નહિ.
