Parameters for Smooth Functioning of Library

# Loan Privilege

The number of documents that a user is entitled to borrow from the library is as under            

Documents are generally issued for a period of 28 days for student and 180 days for faculty and staff.      

# Transaction Hours: 10.45 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.

# Reading Hours:  on Working days 8 AM to 11 PM, on holidays 8 AM to 6 PM, Before Examination 8 AM to 11 PM, During Examination 8 AM to 8 PM

# Overdue charges of Rs. 2/- per day will be charged on late return of books

# Books will be issued on producing the Identity - card.

# Books will be checked for missing pages or damage before being issue. The user will be held for any damage / missing pages found and liable the penalty as per the direction of the authority.

# Library resources like reference books, periodicals, bound volumes of periodicals; CD's and other non-book materials are to be referred within the library premises.

# Silence should be maintained in the library premises.

# User following of the library parameters will be liable to termination of library membership.

# Membership Deposit for PG Student Rs.500/-

# Membership Deposit for Ph.D. Student Rs.2000/-
