The DPIIT–IPR Chair, Saurashtra University invites students, faculty, professionals & innovators to submit articles for the upcoming IPR Awareness Magazine.

Key Details:

  • The magazine will be published monthly by SPRIHA IPR Chair, Saurashtra University
  • The publication will be in Gujarati language to ensure wider reach and accessibility at the local level.
  • Articles may be submitted in any language, including English / Hindi
  • Articles submitted in English or in other languages will be translated to Gujarati by the publisher.
  • Authors must submit their articles in Word format only.
  • No honorarium or payment will be provided to the authors.
  • Authors are also not required to pay any fee for submission or publication.
  • Authors will be mentioned as writer/author of the article in the magazine and the magazine will be published by SPRIHA-IPR Chair, Saurashtra University.
  • Interested contributors are required to fill out the prescribed submission form for consideration.
  • Only original content must be submitted. Authors must ensure that the article is their own work and has not been copied from any other source. Content previously published elsewhere may be submitted, provided it is the author’s original work and proper disclosure is made.
  • Upon submission and acceptance of the article for publication, the author shall retain full copyright ownership over the content at all times. However, the author hereby grants the publisher an unlimited, non-exclusive license to publish, print, reproduce, and distribute the article in any medium, platform, or publication, anywhere in the world, without requiring the prior written consent of the author for any such use. The publisher shall be free to exercise all such rights without seeking explicit approval from the author in each instance.

Eligibility

Submissions are invited from individuals engaged or interested in the field of Intellectual Property Rights, including students, faculty members, professionals, innovators, IP consultants, and IP attorneys.
